Hi, I'm Fin, a Cyber Security consultant specialising in Microsoft security tooling and cloud platforms.

I'm driven by understanding how things actually work. Whether in my professional or personal time, I tend to pull things apart, figure out where they fail, and think about how they can be improved.

This site isn't a portfolio or a polished knowledge base. It's a running log of what I'm learning, building, and experimenting with — from development fundamentals to deeper security concepts.

I learn best by doing. Writing things down here is how I make sure that hands-on experience actually sticks and makes sense.

When I'm not tinkering, I try to get away from the screen — usually somewhere outdoors, ideally halfway up a mountain.
